To use full features, you must create an account providing true and updated information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities performed under your professional account.
The platform offers different subscription plans (Essential, Pro, and Premium) billed monthly or annually via secure Stripe integration. Failure to pay on scheduled dates will result in temporary suspension of platform access.
The professional commits to using the platform strictly for legal and ethical purposes, complying with regulations of their respective professional board regarding patient data storage and clinical records.
AtendeGo360 makes every effort to guarantee maximum availability and data safety, but is not responsible for temporary disruptions due to technical maintenance or failures of external gateway partners (e.g., WhatsApp or SMS APIs).
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via platform announcements or email updates.
We collect data necessary for the proper operation of the SaaS, including: full name, specialty, email, phone number, address, billing information (processed securely by Stripe), and appointment scheduling details.
The privacy of clinical data is our absolute priority. All electronic records and clinical evolution notes entered by professionals are private, encrypted, and strictly inaccessible to third parties or other patients.
The platform sends appointment reminders to your clients on your behalf using contact details managed by you (Email, WhatsApp, SMS). AtendeGo360 does not use these contacts for marketing or any purpose outside your practice's operations.
In full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data laws, we guarantee your right to access, rectify, export, or request the permanent deletion of your personal data and your patients' records at any time.
We only use essential cookies necessary to keep your professional session authenticated securely and store basic dashboard layout preferences.
We adopt state-of-the-art technical measures (SSL/TLS encryption, JWT authentication, secure relational databases, and isolated document uploads) to protect all information against unauthorized access or data leaks.
